We definitely want everyone to have a fun and exciting trip, but we want to keep our vehicles in NEW condition, so we do have a few simple rules:
- If you decide to bring alcohol, then everyone in the vehicle must be 21 & over.
- No Glitter, Confetti, or Silly String
- We require that you relax, have fun, and leave the driving to us!
- Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
- Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or charter, a $25 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some charters, tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made if we can confirm availability on the date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests should be submitted via email or fax with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the charter or tour departure and must be handled on a case by case basis through our Reservations center.
